Management Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a 1-2 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with NetSuite and the biotech industryKey Responsibilities: • Review AP baches and set up check runs• Review Payroll for any discrepancies and process payroll entries • Process accruals & prepaids for month end close• Help with quarterly audit providing pertinent support per PBC list • Ad Hoc process improvement projectsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.• Experience with NetSuite • Proficiency in accounting principles and techniques.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and ERP systems.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.• Leadership and team management experience.• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
